Entrepreneurship
As part of the subject Food Industry Management 1, all registered students are put into groups consisting of 4 - 5 students. Each group must complete a business plan for the entrepreneurship module that introduces them to the concept and its potential for self-employment and national econommic growth. This module contains elements of how to develop a business from the concept stage. You will be gradually developing the business plan and handing in interim deliverables (dates to be specified in class). Interim deliverables, class attendance and participation contribute to the overall mark awarded for this module of the subject.
